2010 OSU VOLLEYBALL "WINNING EDGE" COACHES CLINIC

TERRY LISKEVYCH - - OREGON STATE VOLLEYBALL HEAD COACH

Terry Liskevych has been to 7 NCAA Final Fours as both a men’s coach and a women’s coach. He coached the USA National Team to a Bronze Medal finish at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. He has accumulated more than 300 wins as a D-1 Head Coach and also won over 300 matches as the USA National Coach.

MARK BARNARD - - OREGON STATE VOLLEYBALL ASSOCIATE HEAD COACH

Mark Barnard is the former head coach of the Australian National Team and coached with the team from 1997-2005. He coached the team in the 2000 Sydney Olympics and also in the World Championships. At OSU, he is responsible for plan-ning practices as well as training setters and offensive execution.

LAURA BENZING - - OREGON STATE VOLLEYBALL ASSISTANT COACH

Laura Benzing brings with her a wealth of collegiate and professional playing ex-perience after a successful 4-year stint in the German Bundasliga. In college she earned 3 All-Conference honors at Bradley University as a middle hitter. She is OSU’s recruiting coordinator and also works with the middle hitters.

GREG GIOVANAZZI - - JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY VOLLEYBALL HEAD COACH

Greg Giovanazzi has over 30 years of coaching experience both at the collegiate and international levels. He served as an assistant coach in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics and has served as the head coach at the University of Michigan (1992-1998), Loyola University (2001), and Maryland-Baltimore County (2003-2004).

RICK LORENZ - - CENTRAL CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL HEAD COACH

Rick Lorenz has completed his 33rd year as a varsity volleyball coach and has over 900 wins to his credit. His teams have finished in the top 3 in the state 21 times, and he led his Central Catholic team to the 6A state title in 2009, which also marked his 8th state title overall as a coach.
