NIKE FOOTBALL CLINIC ONLINE PAYPAL REGISTRATION




This is the Online Credit Card Registration for OACA-NIKE Football Clinic. Credit card transactions are administered by PayPal. This is a two step process where you will be asked to submit credit card information if you are not already a member of PayPal. All transactions are secured and purchase amounts will be deducted immediately from your account. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.  If you need to purchase a clinic registration using a Purchase Order please go to the Online Purchase Order Webpage

Clinic Fee (until Feb 27th, 2012)

Clinic Fees before Feb 27th, 2012 -  late registration after Feb 27th add $10 per person to registration fee

 

Clinic Fee $90.00 per person

Clinic Fee with 4 or more coaches discount $85.00 per person

Clinic Fee with OACA membership discount $80.00 per person

Clinic Fee with OACA membership discount and 4 or more coaches discount  $75.00 per person

When Buy Now button is selected below you will be automatically taken to the secure Pay Pal checkout webpage.  The registering coach will then fill out the remaining credit card information, address and email along with the total number of coaches registering.  You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal when the registration is complete. OACA will also receive your registration information via email.
