OACA offers coaches two ways to register – Online or by Mail. A Credit Card is required for Online registration. Please scroll down to register.

Credit card transactions are administered by PayPal. This is a two-step process where you will be asked to submit credit card information on page two of the registration if you are not already a member of PayPal. All transactions are secured and purchase amounts will be deducted immediately from your account. You will then receive a confirmation email from PayPal after registration is complete. If you need to purchase a membership using a Purchase Order, please use the printable registration form which can be mailed or faxed to our office.
Multiple Coaches may register together using one credit card transaction.
Please confirm quantities during CART review prior to CHECKOUT. Confirm number of coaches registering and spell all names as you want them on your membership cards. You can add this information to the “Additional Info” section during checkout. OACA can also receive your registration information via email.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery of your OACA membership card. If you haven’t received it by then, please contact us immediately via phone or email.

Offered to all ASEP/NFHS-certified and college coaches. This card entitles the member to Regular Card benefits plus admission to High School and OSAA-sponsored events.
RETIRED GOLD MEMBERSHIP:
Offered to retired coaches who are no longer coaching or teaching and have coached at least ten (10) years at the middle school, high school or college level. Includes admission to regular athletic events, OSAA playoff and championship events.
Offered to all middle school/junior high, high school, college, youth and volunteer coaches. This card entitles the member to membership benefits such as $1,000,000 liability coverage. Please click on Member Info for a complete list of benefits. THE REGULAR MEMBERSHIP CARD DOES NOT INCLUDE ADMISSION INTO HIGH SCHOOL OR OSAA-SPONSORED EVENTS.
Online Membership Renewal/Registration:
Registration for 2016-2017 is now closed. Registration for the 2017-2018 school year will open August 1st, 2017. Please check back then!
Please be aware that the OACA office is closed for the month of July and memberships will not be processed until the first week of August.
